Job Description

We are now hiring an admin assistant to work in Ogden, Utah.

This is a Temporary Position.

ADMIN ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will be filing, coordinating temps, reconciling bills, and assisting with any other tasks as needed.

ADMIN ASSISTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Admin/Office assistant experience
  • Experience Reconciling Bills
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking, problem solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
