We are now hiring a customer service associate worker to work in Salt Lake City, Utah.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION:
The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES:
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Communicate with our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform, manage all reporting about the health of customers accounts
- Work with the implementation manager to set up new customers
- Answer all phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have proven customer support experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Able to help in the warehouse if needed
