Jasmine has been working in our Ogden office for a little less than a year, but in that time she has excelled at each job she has been tasked with. When she was hired, she quickly mastered the role of our Front Desk Receptionist and when given the opportunity to become a Recruiter, she quickly became proficient in that role while also training her replacement! She has been growing into an amazing Account Manager ever since and we are so thankful to have her on the team.
We asked Jasmine to answer 11 questions about work and life. Here’s what she had to say:

• Amusement Parks

• Mopping, I hate mopping.
• Deep dark water, I can’t swim and I’m terrified.
• Sushi
3. What do you like most about working at YES?
The environment, I have made so many great friends working here.
4. What do you think would make YES better?
A bigger break room ?
5. If you could meet anyone, who?
Amy Poehler because she empowers women and is my hero.
6. Your favorite place in the world.
Denver, Colorado. I will move there some day.
7. The best adventure you’ve ever been on.
Went on a helicopter ride over the ocean in Florida!
8. What is the number one challenge you face in your job?
Being patient with rude and unreasonable people.
9. What do you think is the best way to meet that challenge?
Stay calm and remember to not take things personal.
10. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES?
I would tell them that we will find them the right place as long as they are honest and communicate with us.
11. You, Reed, and Kerry all go to the gym to workout together. Who looks best in leggings? The president of YES Reed Laws or YES’ CFO Kerry Westenskow?
Probably Kerry because he has longer legs.
