July 2016 Employees of the Month!

Here at Your Employment Solutions we know that the staffing business is the people business. Our mission is to match the right person to the right job every time. That said, we truly appreciate and care about the people we get to meet and work with on a daily basis. We wouldn’t have been voted one of the best places to work in Utah if not for our hard-working and incredible co-workers and employees!

Congratulations Whitney Hukill!

We want to congratulate Whitney Hukill who was our July Employee of the Month in Logan, Utah! DeNae Paspuel, one of our great account managers, nominated Whitney and had this to say about her:

We asked Whitney to answer a few questions about YES. Here’s what she told us.

1. How did you find out about YES? Through a friend of mine who had been hired by your staffing agency.

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES?  Working at the warehouse. I love the people and environment.

3. What do you think would make YES better? If we got candy when we are employee of the month.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? I would tell them that YES is a great employment company and I highly recommend it!

Congratulations Hanna Laws!

We want to congratulate Hanna Laws who was our July Employee of the Month for in North Salt Lake! Logan Laws, our North Salt Lake branch manager, nominated Hanna and had this to say about her:

 “Hanna is being nominated for a slew of reasons. She was originally recruited to work as a temporary admin assistant while an employee was on maternity leave.  Our client quickly realized that they loved her personality and it was something that they wanted to stay. She performed extremely well and they are finding ways to keep her there well beyond her original assignment. They fully intend to hire her as a permanent employee.”

Congratulations Juan Salas!

We want to congratulate Juan Salas who was our July Employee of the Month for one of our Salt Lake City clients! Alejandra Ledesma, one our great account managers, nominated Juan and had this to say about him:

1. How did you find out about YES? A friend recommended your staffing agency.

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES?  So far I have only worked in shipping loading the trucks. It’s been great to learn new jobs and work outside of a casino. I love not working on the holidays.

3. What do you think would make YES better? Open more offices.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? It’s a great place to work. They have a friendly staff!

1. How did you find out about YES? My son-in-law recommended your staffing agency.

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES?  I love being in transport for Brashers/Adesa.

3. What do you think would make YES better? Maybe paying a little more per hour.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? I’m a great advocate for YES. Every time I hear someone is looking for employment anywhere I go, I always pass out the phone number and tell them about the job that I am working. I also explain that YES has many other types of jobs open as well.
