1. How did you find out about YES? My dad worked at the transfer station and referred me to your staffing agency to find a job.
2. Whats been your favorite job through YES? I’ve only ever worked at the transfer station and it’s a good job.
3. What do you think would make YES better? Nothing, you guys are great.
4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? That Your Employment Solutions found me a great job that I love and YES has been super helpful.

Congratulations Emery Tuia!
We want to congratulate Emery Tuia who was our March Employee of the Month in North Salt Lake! Cassandra Smith, one of our amazing account managers, nominated Emery and had this to say about her:
“Emery Tuia came into my office looking for any type of employment. I could tell right off the bat that she was full of energy and was very confident in her abilities. She is a very well-rounded and well-spoken person. I knew she would be a great employee for YES. She has been working at Snap Finance since December and she has had zero issues and is doing a great job representing YES. She is an outstanding employee and a great worker.”
We asked Emery to answer a few questions about YES. Here’s what she told us.
1. How did you find out about YES? I worked at the Albertson’s Warehouse for Capstone Logistics and I would pass by. Every time that I would pass by I would tell myself to stop in. When I finally decided to leave my job at Capstone Logistics I went straight to YES.
2. Whats been your favorite job through YES? Snap Finance!! Of course!! This is actually the only job that I have had through YES and I am so grateful! I love everything about Snap Finance from the company to every single employee. The management team is like no other. They honestly care about their company and everyone is literally an important part in the companies success. They never hesitate to let everyone know how great they are doing. My experience with Snap has been real great and I hope to continue with this company. I owe it all to YES and Cassandra! If she did not take the time to listen and understand what I was looking for in a company I would have never heard about Snap Finance.
3. What do you think would make YES better? I have worked with many staffing agencies like SOS and Strategic Staffing to name a few. I feel like YES has set the bar pretty high. Other staffing agencies work hard to get people to their office and once there they take all of our information, make us fill out an application that will take more than 2 hrs just for them to give us back our identification and say they will call us. Mind you this is after they have told us over the phone that they have many jobs available at this time. Staffing agencies will just tell me what they have and its like a take it or leave it deal. My experience with YES was the complete total opposite. The application is straight forward and the staff is wonderful. I think the only way to make YES better is to expand and have more offices across the nation. I would also try to find a way to get your name out to those companies who are working with staffing agencies. I know for a fact that there are many companies looking for other options because of the incompetency of the staffing agency they are working with. Any company will do great with YES. They care about all parties involved and that is what makes a huge difference and sets YES apart from the other guys.
4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? Don’t go anywhere else and if I know YES I know that you will not need to go anywhere else. I will refer YES every time, but I will only refer great candidates. No need to waste our time on people who really don’t care about who they work for or what they do. They are just looking for a quick buck and that is what the other staffing agencies are in business for. I will send those candidates elsewhere. I LOVE YES!! Thank you so very much for all of your time and attention.
