February 2016 Employee of the Month!

Here at Your Employment Solutions we’re in the people business. Our mission is to match the right person to the right job every time. That said, we truly appreciate and care about the people we get to meet and work with on a daily basis. We wouldn’t have been voted one of the best places to work in Utah if not for our amazing co-workers and employees!

Congratulations Alma Corrales!

We want to congratulate Alma Corrales who was our February Employee of the Month for one of our on-site clients in North Salt Lake! David Carrejo, one of our amazing North Salt Lake account managers, nominated Alma and had this to say about her:

1. How did you find out about YES? Through a friend. 

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES? Orbit. I feel like Orbit is a family. They make me feel safe and secrue, and with that I can work with enthusiasm and confidence.  

3. What do you think would make YES better? More permanent jobs.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? YES!! It’s the best place to find work!

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES? Innophos has been my only job so far.  

3. What do you think would make YES better? Get me hired on permanently with Innophos.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? Go for it! YES has been great for me! They always try to help if I have questions.

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES? Hoyt because the day goes by quickly. I love the work. And I get to listen to music.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? They have excellent customer service and treat you like a friend which means they really care about you.

2. Whats been your favorite job through YES? I would say Icon because it is the only job I have worked though YES with.

3. What do you think would make YES better? YES is doing a great job. I have no recommendations.

4. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES? They are a great and friendly staffing agency that will do their best to assign you a job that will fit your skills.
