Today we’ve decided to do something a little bit different over here at Y.E.S. and give you a little glimpse into the company itself. All companies have an About page, but who are we really? What makes Y.E.S. different?
Internally, we believe in a work hard, play hard environment in our office and care about our staff like family. We work hard to bond with one another – from Fourth of July breakfasts, birthday celebrations, summer barbecues, and even the frequent gas station run for drinks together, there is definitely a friendship in our office that our applicants are able to see and feel when they walk through our doors.
Because we aren’t built from the remnants of other employment agencies, we truly aren’t like other agencies, either. We constantly strive to change the ideals of traditional staffing and have done so by eliminating those methods in our company’s framework. This fresh approach to staffing and recruiting has deemed us the title of the Unquestioned Leaders in Customized Staffing. We truly care about sending the right person, on time, the first time and want to match up each employer with the right fit, rather than simply sending a “warm body.”
From a different perspective, we also care deeply about the employees and applicants who come through our office each day. In our entry interviews, we make it a priority to listen to the employees wants, desires, and needs so that we can truly understand and find the position that best fits their unique situation.
We are honestly so grateful for our clients and employees for the partnerships and friendships we have grown into. We hope to continue re-creating the traditional methods of staffing and truly create a better, more productive environment for both our employers and employees.
