YES would like to recognize a fairly new, yet very impressive Account Manager who started in the corporate North Salt Lake office last year and can now be found in our West Valley City, Utah office. Please welcome this month’s Employee Spotlight, Alicia Velasquez!

Alicia has been so dedicated and reliable in her time with us here at YES and has been such a huge support to our West Valley office as they went through some recent changes. She has been so committed, is such a hard worker, and brings a smile to work every single day. We’ve enjoyed having her in both offices and know that we can rely on her for a job well done.

Café Rio!!!! I’m addicted.
8. What is the number one challenge you face in your job?
Getting employees to stay at a job.
9. What do you think is the best way to meet that challenge?
Ensuring that the employees will be a good fit and letting them know specific details of the job/company.
10. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES?
You’ll love it! Everyone is amazing and we have a great sense of humor!
11.You take the the President and CFO of YES Reed Laws and Kerry Westenskow bowling. Who wins? Why?
That’s a tough one. They’re both competitive! But Reed would probably win, he seems athletic.
