March as a month represents new beginnings, as it typically hosts the first day of Spring and daylight saving time. At YES, we would like to use March to represent an employee who has brought about some change and new beginnings for us recently – David Sanchez!

David started with YES as an On-Site Manager at a large client in Salt Lake City who valued him tremendously in the short time that he was there. He has impressed us greatly with his reliability, positive personality, eagerness to learn, willingness to help anyone with anything, and general organizational and managerial skills. He is currently being developed as an Office Manager at YES, and we are very excited to see where the future will lead for him in this role.

3. What do you like most about working at YES?
To be able to help people to find a job that will provide for themselves and their families.

6. Your favorite place in the world.
Wherever my family is, that is my favorite place in the world.
7. You’re in business school right now. What’s been your favorite class?
Entrepreneurship.
8. What is the number one challenge you face in your job?
Finding quality candidates for our clients.
9. What do you think is the best way to meet that challenge?
Do a proper job interview (not a fast/express one) with open questions, and help prospective employees feel we are here to help them.
10. What would you tell someone looking into working with YES?
We are a great company, we work hard, we have fun, we do our best to place employees in the right job.
11.You, YES President Reed Laws, and YES CFO Kerry Westenskow agree to have a contest to see who can eat the most chocolate. Who wins? Why?
