CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will provide general customer service including: greeting customers, providing information, answering phones, cashiering, marking parts and assisting with returns and exchanges, Assist cashier with parts identification and marking, Check customers into yard, collect entry fees
Check tools boxes/bags for parts and flaming devices , Answer and direct phone calls, Look up vehicle inventory and parts pricing for customers, Provide parts interchange information to customers, Clean retail area daily, Retrieve wheelbarrows, Clean spills in parking area, Organize and clean tire area, Assist with part returns, exchanges, and core returns, Ring up customers parts , Knowledge of autos and auto, parts helpful, Customer service experience, Other assignments as needed
CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual Spanish.
- Must be friendly, and helpful with customers.
- Willing to learn.
- Willing to be flexible with job duties and schedule.
- Must be a team player.
